Planning Consultancy
Currently, some solar arrays and all wind turbines require planning permission. Although the rules are set to change for domestic level turbines, planning permission will always be required for larger commercial units. The planning forms are often found to be confusing and incorrect filing can lead to delays and extra expense. That is where Renpower can help. We can act as your planning agent to help smooth the way to a successful outcome.
For our professional planning agents, gaining planning permission can be as simple as filling in the application form for smaller domestic systems. For larger systems, it can include environmental impact assessments, noise pollution studies, light flicker studies and liaison with stakeholders, consultees and interested parties.
To enable us to offer a cost effective service for both the small and large renewable energy users, our planning agents fees are charged at an hourly rate for an aggregate of the time spent processing your application.

The possibility of Government funding for a renewable energy project is available to everyone.
